Warranty Information

Performance

Many factors affect velocity, including type of projectile, type of propellant, lubrication, barrel condition and temperature.

Repair Service

If your projector needs repair, we recommend you take or send it to an authorized service station. Visit our distributors page to find an authorized service station near you or call customer service at (866) 299-3278. International customers should contact their respective distributor. Your projector requires special tools and fixtures to repair it. If you attempt to disassemble it, reassembly may be compromised. Pneu-Dart assumes no warranty responsibility under such circumstances.

Implied Warranties

Any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited in duration to one (1) year from the date of retail purchase for projectors and 18 months from the date of manufacturer for RDDs. Proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale or receipted invoice documenting the product within the warranty period must be presented to obtain warranty services.

Any implied warranty shall not apply if (a) the projectile is used in a projector not sold by or licensed by Pneu-Dart, (b) the product is used for purposes not discussed in the available product manual, (c) the product is tampered with or (d) the product is damaged by acts of god, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, wear and tear, unreasonable use, or by other causes unrelated to defective materials or workmanship.

The remedy for the consumer under this implied warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product. Under no circumstances shall Pneu-Dart be liable for any consequential or incidental damages for breach of any implied warranty on this product.

There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or limitations on consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

To the extent any provision of this warranty is prohibited by federal, state, or municipal law, which cannot be preempted, it shall not be applicable. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state and country to country.

  • Confirmation of Ownership: We will maintain a record of your ownership in the event you need this information as proof of purchase.
  • Product Services Information: This record will assist us in providing prompt and efficient factory service. Also, it will allow us to contact you in the unlikely event a safety notification is required.
  • Product Information: Periodic updates of new product innovations and special offers that may be of interest to you.
