This Cookie Policy explains how Pneu-Dart, Inc. (“Pneu-Dart,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on https://www.pneudart.com/ (the “Website”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are
Cookies are small text files placed on a browser or device. Similar technologies include pixels, tags, scripts, local storage, and software development tools that recognize a browser or device, remember preferences, support Website features, measure usage, or communicate consent choices.
2. How We Use These Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to:
- operate and secure the Website;
- remember privacy and consent preferences;
- provide requested functionality and embedded content;
- understand Website traffic, usage, and performance;
- diagnose errors and protect against misuse; and
- support communications or marketing features where enabled and permitted.
3. Cookie Categories
Functional
Functional technologies are required for core Website operation, security, form functionality, and recording consent choices. They cannot always be disabled through our banner because the Website may not function correctly without them.
Preferences
Preference technologies remember optional settings or support features that personalize how the Website behaves. These technologies are disabled unless enabled through the consent controls where consent is required.
Statistics
Statistics technologies help us understand how visitors use the Website and how the Website performs. We use Google Analytics 4 for this purpose. Where consent is required, analytics storage is denied until Statistics consent is granted.
Marketing
Marketing technologies may support advertising, audience measurement, embedded media, or tracking across websites. Where consent is required, advertising storage and personalization remain denied unless Marketing consent is granted.
4. Consent Management
We use Complianz and the WordPress Consent API to display our consent banner, record category choices, and communicate those choices to compatible Website services. On your first applicable visit, you can accept, deny, or customize nonessential categories. You can later change or withdraw your choice using the Website’s Manage Consent control.
Refusing or withdrawing nonessential consent does not disable necessary technologies. It may prevent optional features, analytics, maps, videos, or other embedded content from operating as expected.
5. Google Analytics and Consent Mode
We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, to measure Website usage. Our current Analytics configuration uses Measurement ID G-PSP2LP848C. Google Analytics may process information such as pages viewed, interactions, device and browser characteristics, referral information, and approximate location derived from an IP address.
Google Consent Mode is configured to communicate consent states to Google. In the configured regions, analytics and advertising storage default to denied before a visitor grants the applicable consent. Google tags may send limited, cookieless consent or diagnostic signals while storage is denied. Google states that Analytics does not store its client identifier when analytics storage is denied.
For more information, review Google’s Privacy Policy and Google Analytics privacy and data safeguards.
6. Technologies and Services Currently Used
The following inventory describes the principal technologies confirmed on the Website. Exact cookie names and durations may change when a provider updates its service or when optional content is used.
| Provider or service | Category | Purpose | Examples and typical duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pneu-Dart / Complianz | Functional | Stores consent status, selected categories, consented services, banner status, and policy version. | cmplz_functional, cmplz_preferences, cmplz_statistics, cmplz_marketing, cmplz_consented_services, cmplz_policy_id; generally up to 365 days. |

| Google Consent Mode | Functional / Statistics / Marketing | Communicates granted or denied storage choices to Google services. | May transmit limited consent-state and diagnostic signals without placing Analytics identifiers when the applicable storage is denied. |
| Google Maps | Preferences / Marketing | Displays interactive maps and location information where used. | Google-controlled cookies or local storage may be used when map content is enabled; duration varies by Google service. |
| Google reCAPTCHA | Functional / Security | Helps distinguish legitimate users from automated abuse on protected forms. | May use cookies such as _GRECAPTCHA and other Google security signals; duration varies. |
| YouTube and Vimeo | Preferences / Marketing | Displays embedded video content where used. | Provider-controlled cookies or local storage may be used when video content is enabled; duration varies by provider. |
| Website forms and email communication services | Functional | Processes submitted forms, requested communications, registrations, and support inquiries. | Session, security, or preference technologies may be used depending on the form or communication feature. |
7. Global Privacy Control and Browser Choices
Where required by applicable law and supported by our consent-management technology, we process recognized Global Privacy Control signals as requests to opt out of applicable sale, sharing, or tracking activities. Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not governed by a uniform industry standard. You can always express or change your choices through Manage Consent.
8. Managing Cookies Through Your Browser
Most browsers allow you to view, delete, or block cookies through browser settings. Blocking all cookies may prevent portions of the Website from functioning correctly. Deleting cookies may also remove your saved consent choice, causing the banner to appear again.
9. Updates to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when technologies, providers, legal requirements, or our practices change. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
